OVERVIEW — Welcome to Faith Trove. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Iteximco (PTY) Ltd (Registration Number: 2011/130319/07), trading as Faith Trove and faithtrove.co.za, a company registered in South Africa. Faith Trove operates this online store to provide you with faith-inspired lifestyle products and gifts. By visiting, browsing or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND USE — By using this store you confirm you are of legal age in South Africa (18 years or older) or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS — All products are custom printed on demand. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product or variant becomes temporarily unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified by email within 2 business days and offered a backorder or full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS — Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully — cancellations after acceptance may not be possible as production begins immediately.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT — All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order you warrant that: the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete; you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and you will honour all charges incurred. Any fraudulent, false or unauthorised payment constitutes a criminal offence under the South African Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020 and the Prevention of Organised Crime Act 121 of 1998. Iteximco (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to report such conduct to the South African Police Service (SAPS) and to pursue civil and criminal remedies.

SECTION 5 — CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS — By completing a purchase on faithtrove.co.za, you agree that: You will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal unless you have first contacted us at returns-ft@faithtrove.co.za and allowed us a reasonable opportunity (7 business days) to resolve your concern; Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback constitutes breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under South African law; In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal, Iteximco (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to recover the full amount of the transaction plus any bank fees, chargeback fees and legal costs incurred, pursue civil action in the South African courts for damages, and report the matter to relevant authorities including SAPS and the South African Banking Risk Information Centre (SABRIC); You agree that your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding acknowledgement of your payment obligation and may be used as evidence in any legal proceedings.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY — All delivery times are estimates only. Once goods are transferred to the courier, risk passes to the customer. We are not liable for courier delays. For shipping queries contact shipping-ft@faithtrove.co.za.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS — All products are custom printed on demand. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items received, in accordance with our Refund Policy and the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Contact returns-ft@faithtrove.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

SECTION 8 — CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE — Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Where any provision conflicts with the CPA, the CPA shall prevail.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — All content on faithtrove.co.za including logos, images, text and designs are the property of Iteximco (PTY) Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

SECTION 10 — PROHIBITED USES — You may not use this store for any unlawful purpose, to transmit fraudulent information, to impersonate any person, or to engage in any conduct that could harm Faith Trove, its customers or third parties.

SECTION 11 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Iteximco (PTY) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or products purchased.

SECTION 12 — INDEMNIFICATION — You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iteximco (PTY) Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your fraudulent conduct.

SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW — These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, specifically the Western Cape High Court, Cape Town, or the applicable Magistrate's Court.

SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO TERMS — We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 15 — POWERED BY SHOPIFY — Faith Trove is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Iteximco (PTY) Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Faith Trove.
