Print-on-Demand Products All products sold by Faith Trove are custom printed on demand specifically for each order. As permitted under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 20(6), we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalised goods unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns-ft@faithtrove.co.za with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Wrong Size Ordered Please refer to our size guides before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes selected by the customer. Size guides are available on each product page.
4. Product Availability & Backorders If a product or variant becomes temporarily unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Where possible, your order will be placed on backorder and fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available. If backordering is not possible, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact shipping-ft@faithtrove.co.za and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Your CPA Rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If a product is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
