1. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment All Faith Trove products are custom printed and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Times

🇿🇦 South Africa: 8–12 business days after dispatch 🌍 International: 14–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays.

1. Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders to South Africa. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the courier's website.

3. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email shipping-ft@faithtrove.co.za and we will investigate promptly.
