1. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All Faith Trove products are custom printed and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Times

• 🇿🇦 South Africa: 8–12 business days after dispatch
• 🌍 International: 14–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders to South Africa. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the courier's website.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Faith Trove cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
